currently serving as an archivist at PT. GPP and PT. GPN, with a specialization in financial document management, data governance, and regulatory compliance. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the completeness, validity, and proper classification of key corporate documents, including vouchers, proof of payment, weighing tickets (TBS), invoices, and factory and ramp cash documents, in order to support operational accuracy and audit readiness.
In line with a continuous professional development approach, I actively strengthen my cross-functional understanding of finance, accounting, taxation, and purchasing processes. This integrated perspective enables me to contribute more effectively to improving administrative efficiency, reinforcing internal controls, and supporting the long-term sustainability of corporate documentation systems.
